Chair in Sociological Studies (2 posts) at The University of Sheffield
The Department of Sociological Studies at The University of Sheffield is welcoming applications for two professorial chairs. The two posts are intended to enhance the department's sociological pluralism in what is already an interdisciplinary department that combines sociology, digital media and society, social policy and social work.
"Science, Technology and Medicine in Society" (STeMiS) is a core research theme within the department, and applications from scholars whose work is grounded in any aspects of medical sociology/science and technology studies would be considered and welcomed.
