Reminder CfP 2023 Socio-gerontechnology Meeting

Just a quick reminder — there is still a week to submit your paper, poster or panel abstract for the the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Socio-gerontechnology Network “Theorising Ageing in a Digital World”. The submission deadline is 17 March 2023. The detailed call can be found here: https://www.socio-gerontechnology.net/events/annualmeeting2023

The meeting will take place 28 & 29 September 2022 in Utrecht (NL) at the Open University of the Netherlands and brings together critical scholarship on ageing and technology from various social sciences and humanities perspectives – including STS, age studies, social and critical gerontology, media studies, critical design studies, and many others.

In line with the aims of our network, we are happy to announce that we will make 3 travel grants of 200 EUR available for students (including PhD students), un/underemployed scholars and scholars from non-OECD countries. We will share more information about how to apply for one of the grants once your submission is accepted.

Best wishes
Alex and the local organising committee
