Feedback on ECR contributions/events for EASST

                Hello All!

EASST is quickly approaching.

I will be speaking in one of the main plenaries discussing the future(s) of STS as a field on the 8th of July. As the student representative, I am tasked with discussing what we, as early career researchers, want from and for our community in the years to come, particularly in terms of education and socialization (Link to full description of the panel: https://easst2022.org/programplenaries.asp)

I hope to bring as many perspectives and ideas into the discussion as possible. If you have any thoughts to contribute, you are very warmly welcome to email me or simply find me at EASST. I would love to hear from anyone (at any career stage) in the EASST community whether you are able to attend the conferences or not. I hope to keep the discussion going after the conference!

We will also have a small workshop/meeting for early career researchers on Friday the 8th during the lunch break, which will be preceded on the evening of Thursday the 7th by a meet-up social drinks. These events are intended for anyone in the early stages of their careers who feel would like to make new connections in STS. More information will follow shortly.

I am looking forward to hearing from you, sharing ideas, and seeing you all at EASST.

Warm regards,

(Sarah) Rose Bieszczad
