                Dear friends,

Maria Vlachou (postdoc working on the intersections between decolonial
feminisms and critical migration studies) and Isabel Garca (PhD student
focusing on the intersection of autism and social assistive robots in the
co-creation of what does it mean to be labelled as autistic) are happy to
invite you to our second seminar in coloniality and decoloniality.
Tania Prez-Bustos will be with us presenting "North-South Collaboration in
Research put into Question".

*            When: June 10th at 15:15 CET
*            Where: https://liu-se.zoom.us/j/67470811077

English: In her seminar she invites us to think with her around the questions
of how is it for a woman scholar from the south to be a PI in a project with
scholars from the "global" north? How colonial and gender practices unfold
into international "collaboration"? In this conversation she will talk about
geopolitical and gendered divisions of labour in research as well as on
embodied practices of fieldwork and project managing collaboration. Her
presentation is based on/inspired by her own experiences as a woman/feminist
from the global South who has engaged in North-South research
"collaborations". '
