Refund Policy

Payments will be confirmed by email. You have a legal right to a cooling-off period: you have the right to cancel your membership and receive a refund within seven days of this confirmation being sent. At any time you may contact admin@easst.net to terminate your membership or update your address details. Membership is per calendar year: part years will not be refunded.

Membership is an expression of support for the goals of EASST. It entitles you to receive copies of the EASST Review, to reduced registration rates which may apply at EASST events, and to apply for travel stipend schemes which EASST periodically operates (subject to meeting the requirements of the specific scheme).
